Insurance
We accept the following insurance plans: Beacon Health Options/Carelon, Cigna, Medicaid, Optima Health, UnitedHealthcare/Optum. We gladly provide receipts of services and superbills for you to obtain reimbursement from insurance companies. We also accept out-of-network benefits if needed.
Co-pays/deductibles are billed at the end of each session. We accept all major credit cards.
Self Pay
Individual: $150 – $170
Initial Intake Evaluation: $175
Group: $50
Health behavior session: $85
Psychological testing and evaluation: variable based on number of tests
No Surprise Act and Your Right To Receive A “Good Faith Estimate”
Under the law you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost if you do not have insurance or if you do not seek to file a claim with your insurance.
